Yes! Our candles are made with sustainable Palm Kernel wax which is RSPO certified and free from harmful chemicals. We also use recyclable or biodegradable packaging whenever possible.

All of our candles are poured by hand, using 100% natural and vegan palm kernel wax for the cleanest burn at home. Our wax is certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), which oversees workers rights, forest management, and the supply chain.

Yes! Both the outer box, and the inner box are recyclable, and the bubble wrap is biodegradable!

METRE Candles can develop a light dust covering and we recommend using a soft dry cloth to wipe them gently before use. This is more prominent on the darker colours in the collection, but can be simply wiped away.

Yes. Never leave your METRE candles in direct sunlight for too long. As with anything, colours will fade if left exposed to sunlight.

METRE Candles should not drip if they are burned inside with no draught and are placed on an even solid surface. Ensure your candle is not placed near a heat source or too close to another candle.

All METRE candles are hand poured and so minor imperfections may occur. Often these are tiny and can either be gently scratched off or are not bothersome.

• Keep candles away from things that can catch fire.
• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
• Ensure candles are secure and stable in a holder before burning.
• Do not burn in a draught.
